Job Purpose
To lead and manage the overall operations, commercial activities, financial performance, and strategic development of the company. The General Manager is responsible for achieving business objectives, developing key supplier and customer relationships, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring sustainable growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement the company’s strategic and annual business plans.
* Lead all departments and ensure effective coordination between Sales, Spare Parts, Workshop, Procurement, Finance, and Marketing.
* Set annual sales, revenue, profitability, and market-share targets.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with international manufacturers, suppliers, major customers, contractors, and government entities.
* Monitor company financial performance, cash flow, expenses, and profitability.
* Approve and monitor major commercial offers, contracts, purchases, and business agreements.
* Develop strategies for the company’s heavy equipment brands and product portfolio.
* Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
* Ensure effective after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
* Develop branch operations and improve overall company productivity.
* Recruit, develop, evaluate, and motivate key employees.
* Establish and monitor departmental KPIs.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards.
* Represent the company in major negotiations, exhibitions, meetings, and business events.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 8–10 years of relevant management experience.
* Strong experience in heavy equipment, construction machinery, automotive, industrial equipment, or a related sector.
